Google CRM and you'll find that it stands for Customer Relationship Management. A better description might be Contact Relationship Management.
Every business, no matter how big or how small, needs a CRM strategy, and an effective CRM software system is a key part of that strategy. That's why we think Contact is a better description than Customer.
